IPTV Reseller Credits Explained: How One Credit Works

What one credit buys, how 1, 3, 6 and 12 month lines use credits, and how to turn the credit price into a cost per customer.

5 min read

IPTV reseller credits are the currency of a reseller business. You buy them in advance, they sit in your reseller panel as a balance, and every time you create or renew a customer line the panel takes the credits that line costs. Everything else in your business, from your prices to your profit, starts from this one number. This guide explains how IPTV reseller credits work at iStream Central, how to read your balance, and how to turn the credit price into a real cost per customer.

What one credit buys

At iStream Central the rule is simple: 1 credit pays for one customer month. A customer who wants a 1 month line uses 1 credit. A customer who wants a full year uses 12 credits. There is no separate fee per line on top and no charge for creating the account itself.

As of October 2026, one credit costs €3. That gives you a fixed cost per customer month that you know before you sell anything, which is the whole point of a credit system: you can price your offers with certainty.

The cost of each line length

The table below uses the store's current credit price. These are your costs, not your customer's price. You decide what to charge.

Line length Credits used Your cost at €3 a credit Your cost at the bonus rate
1 month 1 €3 €2.31
3 months 3 €9 €6.93
6 months 6 €18 €13.86
12 months 12 €36 €27.72

The last column shows the same lines when your credits come from a pack with bonus credits added. A bonus pack lowers your cost per credit, so every line you create from it costs you less. From 100 credits up, a pack carries 30 extra credits or more, which brings the price to €2.31 a credit.

How IPTV reseller credits move through your panel

Think of IPTV reseller credits as stock on a shelf. The order of events is always the same:

  1. You buy a pack. Payment goes through the store's checkout and the credits land on your reseller panel balance automatically.
  2. You create a line for a customer. You pick the length (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and the panel takes that number of credits from your balance.
  3. The customer pays you. Your customer pays the price you set, through whatever payment method you use with them.
  4. You renew. When the line is about to end, you extend it from the panel and the renewal takes credits in the same way.

Because the credits are paid for before you sell, you never owe anything at the end of the month. If you sell nothing this week, nothing is charged. If you sell a lot, you top up.

Reading your balance

Your panel shows how many IPTV reseller credits you have left. A simple habit helps: before you promise a customer a 12 month line, check that your balance covers 12 credits. Running out halfway through a sale is the most avoidable problem in this business.

Turning the credit price into a business

The numbers that matter are not the credit price on its own, they are the cost of each line compared with what you charge for it. Here is a worked example with a made-up retail price. Say you sell a 1 month line at €9. The line costs you €3 in credits, so you keep €6, a margin of 67%. If you sell a 12 month line at €81, it costs you €36 and you keep €45.

The table below shows more example prices for a 1 month line, and what the first order of 20 credits would earn if every credit became a paid month.

Example monthly price Your cost Profit a month Margin Profit on the first 20 credits
€6 €3 €3 50% €60
€9 €3 €6 67% €120
€12 €3 €9 75% €180

These are examples, not advice on what to charge. Your market, your support time and your payment costs decide your real price. The calculator on the home page lets you try your own numbers.

Why longer lines are worth more to you

A 12 month line uses 12 credits at once, but it also means one sale, one setup and one payment instead of twelve. Most resellers offer a lower price per month on longer lines because the time saved is real. Our guide to 1, 3, 6 and 12 month offers shows how to build a length ladder that rewards customers for staying longer without giving your margin away.

Common questions about the credit price

Is the credit price the only number to compare?

No. A low price per credit is worth little if the line lengths cost more credits, if packs are too large for your cash flow, or if your own support time is eaten by problems. We cover this in what the price per credit really means. The short version: compare the cost of the line you actually sell, not just the price of one credit.

Do bigger packs change the rule?

Bigger packs do not change how IPTV reseller credits are spent. The rule stays the same: 1 credit per customer month. A bigger pack only changes how much you paid for each credit. Packs from 100 credits include bonus credits, so your cost per month goes down while the rule stays exactly the same.

Getting your first credits

The smallest first order at iStream Central is 20 credits for €60. That is enough to set up a handful of customers and learn how the panel works before you commit more money.

  • Order the smallest pack and create your first lines.
  • Note how long each sale took and what questions customers asked.
  • Top up when your balance runs low, choosing a bigger pack once you know your monthly volume.

When your business grows, a single purchase of 250 credits or more also unlocks your own IPTVbp store on the Professional plan, free for 90 days from that purchase. Each qualifying purchase covers another 90 days.

Start with credits you can use this month

IPTV reseller credits are easy to understand once you see them as stock: buy what you can sell, sell it at a price that pays you for your time, and reorder before you run out. See every pack and its price per credit on the reseller page, or start with 20 credits today.

Common questions

How many credits does a 12 month IPTV line use?

At iStream Central a 12 month line uses 12 credits, because 1 credit pays for one customer month. A 3 month line uses 3 credits and a 6 month line uses 6.

How much does one credit cost?

As of October 2026, one credit costs €3. The smallest first order is 20 credits for €60, and the reseller page lists every pack with its price per credit.

When are credits taken from my balance?

Credits are taken when you create a line or extend one in your reseller panel. The panel takes the number of credits that line length costs, and nothing is charged when you are not selling.

Can I choose my own retail price?

Yes. The credit price is your cost. You decide what your customers pay for each line length, and the difference is your margin.
